Cloud Temple Chosen by CANUT for Its Sovereign Cloud

CANUT, the Central Purchasing Agency for Digital and Telecommunications, dedicated to local authorities and social housing providers, has selected Cloud Temple as one of the two awardees of Lot 1 of its strategic framework agreement on Cloud and Hosting, notified in February 2026 for a duration of four years.

This lot concerns the provision, integration, and management of trusted cloud infrastructure services intended for local authorities, social housing providers, and member public bodies.

A strengthened position in the public market

This framework agreement comes amid a context of increasing threats to public infrastructure and heightened requirements for citizen data protection. Cloud Temple stands out as the only incumbent on the contract to hold the SecNumCloud qualification issued by the ANSSI, in addition to its HDS and ISO 27001 certifications. Its managed services, certified HDS and currently undergoing PAMS qualification by the ANSSI, are also accessible through Lot 1.

A sovereign AI offering included

The scope of Lot 1 also includes Cloud Temple’s LLMaaS offering, which provides access to language models whose inference runs on SecNumCloud-qualified infrastructure hosted in France. The data processed remains strictly confidential and is neither exploited nor stored after processing.
