Mister IA, a consultancy and training firm focused on generative AI, has raised €10 million.
The funds will be used to recruit about fifty additional consultants over the next twelve months, filling roles as AI consultants, trainers, and deployment experts.
The firm says it is also exploring strategic growth opportunities in Europe, with a stated ambition to establish itself as the leading European player in the sector.
Created three years ago, Mister IA claims 120 employees, 1,000 B2B clients, and €15 million in revenue. Its growth is mainly driven by client referrals. Mister IA is particularly active in industry cohorts where word of mouth works well (accountants, notaries, property managers, social housing landlords) and claims a leadership position in France, with more than 5,000 days of training delivered.
Among its clients are Vinci, Mercedes, Clarins, Thales, Groupama, and the French Football Federation, as well as public sector actors such as the French Army and various local authorities.
Beyond training and consulting, Mister IA deploys AI agents directly into client workflows using the ‘forward deployed engineers’ model adopted by major LLM providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
Momentum Invest leads the round, accompanied by 199 Ventures. The two founders, Vincent and Martin Pavanello, retain the majority of the capital.
