Workday announces the appointment of Noémie Sadik as General Manager for France.
With more than 25 years of experience in developing technology companies, she will lead operations to accelerate Workday’s growth and deepen its relationships with major French organizations.
Noémie Sadik will oversee the execution of the triannual investment plan of over €200 million that Workday disclosed in June as part of Choose France.
This plan centers around four pillars: accelerating responsible AI adoption in human resources and finance, developing the next generation of AI talent, strengthening a local ecosystem of trusted partners, and expanding sovereign cloud infrastructure.
She will also be tasked with deepening relationships with executives of leading French organizations and bringing fresh perspectives to the partner ecosystem, within a framework that demands trust, ethics, governance, and data sovereignty.
“Our €200 million investment plan is a powerful accelerator for Workday in France, enabling us to rethink how we work with AI across organizations,” says Noémie Sadik. “By keeping humans at the center of this transformation, within a framework of trust, we offer our clients and partners a unique opportunity to turn these intelligent agents into a powerful engine of growth.”
Based in Paris, she will report to Hervé Uzan, Vice President South EMEA at Workday, who highlights her proven track record within the partner ecosystem and her “true scale-up mindset.”
