Eric Caen Named Chief AI, IT and Digital Transformation Officer at …

Eric Caen joins SKEMA Business School as Chief AI, IT & Digital Transformation Officer. He becomes a member of the school’s Executive Committee and reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Alice Guilhon.

Now 60 years old, he began his career by co-founding Titus Interactive in 1985, a video game publisher that grew to become the 12th largest in the world before its dissolution in 2005. He subsequently held digital leadership roles across groups of varying sizes and sectors: McDonald’s (2011-2015), Veon (2015-2016), CMA CGM (2017-2018) and Crédit Agricole SA (2020-2024), where he supervised the digital and AI strategy for more than 90 entities.

At SKEMA, he will oversee the information systems department as well as the Montreal AI Innovation Center, created in 2019. This appointment is part of the school’s UNVEIL 2025-2030 strategic plan.
