Frank Van Caenegem Named CESIN’s New ESCO Representative

The CESIN (Club of Information and Digital Security Experts) has just been elected for a three-year term on the board of the ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation), marking a new milestone in strengthening European cooperation in cybersecurity. This election follows the strategic partnership established between the two organizations at the InCyber Forum 2025.

The CESIN will be represented there by Frank Van Caenegem, CISO EMEA of Schneider Electric, a member of the CESIN board, who has also been appointed co-chair of ECSO’s CISO Community.

Additionally, Frank Van Caenegem recently joined ENISA’s Advisory Group, composed of 26 experts tasked with advising the agency in shaping its annual program. This dual involvement with ECSO and ENISA creates synergies to strengthen the coordination of actions and the representation of French CISOs at the European level.
