Frédéric Nguyen-Barnier Appointed as CTO of Edenred Global Platform
Frédéric Nguyen-Barnier has recently taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Edenred Global Platform. In addition to this new appointment, he continues to serve as the Chief Data and Information Officer (CDIO) for Edenred France, a position he has held since June 2023.
On that date, Nguyen-Barnier joined the group, which specializes in providing services and payment solutions geared towards the professional world. His responsibilities encompass dual roles: overseeing technological innovation as CTO and managing data and information strategies for France as CDIO.
He expressed his enthusiasm about his mission, stating, “I have the incredible chance to work alongside 600 passionate professionals dedicated to technology and product development. Our collective goal is to build and shape the future of Edenred across 45 countries.” This quote reflects his commitment to leveraging technology to foster growth and innovation within the organization.
Previously, Nguyen-Barnier held the positions of CTO and CIO at Meilleurtaux from 2021 to 2023. Before that, he was the IT Director at Doctolib between 2018 and 2021. His career spans over two decades, during which he has gained experience across various industries including telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, hospitality, and fintech.
