Nomios Strengthens Privileged Access Management with Intragen

Nomios announces the acquisition of Intragen for an undisclosed amount to strengthen its position in the European market.

Intragen brings to Nomios specialized expertise in digital identity management and privileged access management (PAM). The company collaborates notably with software vendors CyberArk, SailPoint, One Identity, and Okta. It has received several accolades, including One Identity’s “Global Partner of the Year” in 2023 and Okta’s “European Partner of the Year” in 2025. Its 250 experts currently manage the security of millions of identities across Europe.

The integration of Intragen will allow Nomios to broaden its offering, now spanning the entire range of cybersecurity domains, from networking to identity management.

Three Lines of Business for Nomios

Nomios structures its activities around three pillars: Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), which provides strategic guidance and risk management; Professional Services, dedicated to the integration and deployment of security solutions; and Managed Services, which ensure ongoing monitoring and maintenance of systems via Security Operations Centers (SOC), Network Operations Centers (NOC) and Vulnerability Operations Centers (VOC).

Today, the group derives around 75% of its revenue from cybersecurity, compared with 25% from networking activities. More than half (55%) of its net revenue comes from its own services, contributing to the stability and predictability of the business.

Geographically, 60% of Nomios’ EBITDA is generated outside France, mainly in the Netherlands, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

With this acquisition, Nomios targets revenue of €650 million and EBITDA of €75 million in 2026. Integrating Intragen is expected to accelerate the group’s growth, broaden its client portfolio, and strengthen its offering of recurring services, particularly in the areas of identity management and managed cybersecurity.

Intragen will initially operate as a distinct entity under the brand Intragen by Nomios, before being integrated as an autonomous segment within the group. The existing teams will be retained, and Intragen’s current management will continue to lead the business.
