Numeum Refreshes Governance: New Members and Departures

Mehdi Houas

After three years at the helm of Numeum, Véronique Torner hands the baton to Mehdi Houas, elected on July 1st.

The candidate is the founder and chairman of Talan. He served, from January to December 2011, as Tunisia’s Minister of Commerce and Tourism. An administrator of Numeum since 2017, he had previously chaired the “Finance and Taxation” and “Industry” committees.

Two new entrants to the board of directors

In mid-June, the professional union – born from the merger of Syntec Numérique and TECH IN France – partially renewed its board. The result: twelve directors elected for a 3-year term… including two newcomers: Homéric de Sarthe and France Titin-Snaider.
