Bouygues Telecom: Catherine Voisin Takes the Helm of the New Era

Bouygues Telecom is putting its enterprise business in order.

The operator is bringing together under a single management structure Bouygues Telecom Business, dedicated to large groups and mid-market companies (ETIs), and Bouygues Telecom Pro, focused on small and micro businesses (SMEs and micro-enterprises).

Catherine Voisin takes the helm of this new Enterprise Business Division and joins the General Management Committee. She had been leading Bouygues Telecom Business since January 2026, after more than twenty years at Orange in senior roles in marketing and networks.

This reorganization comes at a pivotal moment for the operator.

The deal reached in June with Altice France provides for Bouygues Telecom to acquire SFR Business, a unit generating more than one billion euros in revenue. The creation of a single division for all enterprise activities can thus be read as a preparation for this operation.

It would enable a unified organization to host the activities and clients of SFR Business if the divestment project secures the necessary regulatory approvals. The reorganization announced for September had, moreover, been presented as potentially easing this integration.

Beyond the SFR operation, Catherine Voisin will need to continue growing Bouygues Telecom’s B2B and accelerate its move toward ICT, with more services to complement the connectivity offerings.
