Bleu and Delos Cloud Activate Sovereign Cloud Partnership

Bleu (Capgemini and Orange) and Delos Cloud (SAP’s subsidiary) announce the launch of two initiatives as part of their collaboration on digital sovereignty.

Following the mutual assistance agreement signed in November 2025, they will establish a joint Cyber Defense Center and a shared investment program in AI infrastructure.

The upcoming Cyber Defense Center will rely on the collaboration of their Security Operations Centers (SOCs) for detecting and remediating security incidents. This structure also aims to ensure service continuity of platforms in the face of critical scenarios, particularly during software update outages.

The AI infrastructure investment program is designed to support the execution of AI workloads for organizations in regulated and sensitive sectors in France and Germany.

The ambition proclaimed by the two CSPs is to offer this Franco-German cloud corridor as a European alternative to AI offerings from third countries.

The amount of investments and the timeline for project execution have not been disclosed.
