BlueSecure Raises €1 Million to Develop Its Serious Games

BlueSecure, a French developer of a cybersecurity awareness platform, has closed a funding round worth one million euros.

The round was led by Paris Business Angels, Arts & Métiers Business Angels, and Bpifrance. It marks the company’s first external financing since its inception in 2017.

BlueSecure operates a SaaS platform that delivers awareness journeys, attack simulations, and serious games designed to train employees to face cyber threats. The simulations span multiple channels, including emails, SMS, QR codes, USB drives, phone calls, and deepfakes.

According to figures cited by the company, traditional e-learning modules and mandatory quizzes—on which many awareness programs still rely—typically achieve only around a 30% participation rate.

BlueSecure claims to serve more than 500 client organizations, from small and medium-sized enterprises to CAC 40 groups, and says it trained over 700,000 employees in 2025. Its client roster includes two international banking groups, two ministries, and a player in the Defense sector.

The company highlights that hosting is entirely carried out in France and that data is stored on servers located within the national territory.

The funds will enable BlueSecure to strengthen its R&D, content, and commercial teams, and to develop new interactive formats addressing AI-related threats, such as spear phishing and deepfakes.

The company also plans to continue its sales push in France and to prepare for expansion into additional European markets.
