Gaël Menu Appointed as CEO of SCC France

At the age of 48, Gaël Menu has assumed the role of CEO at SCC France, having joined the company in November 2022 as Chief Revenue Officer. He later took on responsibilities for the Supply Chain and Procurement divisions.

A seasoned expert in business development, Gaël Menu has held leadership positions in major IT organizations, including a five-year tenure at Dell and over ten years at HP. His extensive experience in the technology sector underscores his capabilities in driving growth and transformation within the industry.

Under his leadership, SCC France aims to focus strongly on enhancing its service offerings, with particular emphasis on the development of its cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. The company aspires to strengthen its position as France’s leading integrator. According to SCC France, which is classified as an IT service company (ESN), the goal is to double its revenue by 2030, reaching a target of €4.5 billion.

SCC France is organized into three core Business Units: Software, Infrastructure, and Digital Workspace. As of the 2024 rankings from KPMG and Numeum, it ranks as the fourth-largest IT services company in France. With a revenue exceeding €2.7 billion and more than 3,300 employees, SCC France continues to grow rapidly and solidify its market presence.

In a recent statement, Gaël Menu expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him by the Rigby family, which has appointed him to lead SCC France at a pivotal point in its history, noting that the company will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2025. He emphasized the significance of this milestone and his enthusiasm for guiding the company through its next phase of development.

He also acknowledged the legacy of his predecessor, Didier Lejeune, who led SCC France for 25 years. Gaël Menu’s appointment marks a new chapter for the organization as it navigates the evolving tech landscape and seeks to lead innovation in the French IT sector.
