Jamespot acquires SafeBrain to bolster its AI offering

Jamespot, a French player in the Digital Workplace space, announces the acquisition of SafeBrain, a startup specialized in secure artificial intelligence. The deal amount has not been disclosed.

Founded in 2023, SafeBrain already counts over 50 clients, including banks, IT services firms, and major companies.

“SafeBrain is a bit like the sovereign ChatGPT: customized AI agents, secure, collaborative and above all, controlled by the enterprise. An essential building block for constructing an AI that serves the collective, not above humans,” explains Alain Garnier, CEO and cofounder of Jamespot in a LinkedIn post.

The SafeBrain teams will join Jamespot’s 50-strong staff.

“Over time, we will bring the two platforms closer to offer a unified experience: SafeBrain’s AI will naturally integrate into Jamespot’s collaborative ecosystem,” says Alain Garnier.
