Laurence Chrétien Named Edenred’s Chief Data and AI Officer

Laurence Chrétien is Edenred’s new Chief Data & AI Officer d’Edenred. She has the mandate to accelerate the deployment of a data-driven culture, the tools related to data and AI, and the implementation of operational use cases across the services and payments group.

She began her career in 1999 at Capgemini Consulting as a specialist in financial services, helping banks transform their activities in Europe, the United States, and Asia. From 2014 onward, she held the position of Head of Data & Insights Practice.

She joined Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services in 2017 as Chief Data Officer and Director of User Experience before moving to Sodexo as Chief Data Officer and then Chief Data & Digital Officer in 2021 at Sodexo, where she rolled out the first use cases to support operations across the globe.

Before joining Edenred, she led Give & Tech, a consulting firm she founded.
In her new role, she reports to Constance Le Bouar, Chief Executive Officer Strategy, Marketing and Transformation.
