Mireille Helou is set to assume the role of Chief Operating Officer at Orange Business, effective April 1st, taking over from Wassila Zitoune-Dumontet. She brings a wealth of experience within the Orange group, having been part of the company since 2001, during which she has held multiple senior leadership positions.

Throughout her career at Orange, Helou has led several significant initiatives. She was responsible for driving the digital transformation efforts at Orange Réunion and Mayotte, overseeing the company’s strategies and operations in these regions. Additionally, she managed the enterprise market operations in Kenya, expanding Orange’s business footprint on the continent. Her expertise also extends to strategic intelligence, as she directed the company’s strategic monitoring activities in Dawn Liphardt Valley, a hub of innovation and technology.

Most recently, Mireille Helou held the position of Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) at Orange Middle East and Africa. This role further solidified her leadership credentials and her ability to manage complex, diverse markets across a dynamic region.
